Tue, Oct 18: Dennis Oland was back in court Tuesday for the start of the appeal of his second-degree murder conviction in the death of his father in July of 2011. The well known Saint John businessman was found bludgeoned to death in his uptown office. Global’s Andrew Cromwell was at the New Brunswick Court of Appeal in Fredericton.
