Chrystia Freeland ‘cautiously optimistic’ about prospects for CETA deal despite no vote

Wed, Feb 24: Canada’s International Trade Minister Chrystia Freeland told reporters in Ottawa that she remained “cautiously optimistic” about the prospects of the CETA deal even after the Belgian region of Wallonia voted down the deal.
