Calgary court asked to drop another case because it is taking too long to be heard

Mon, Oct 17: A Calgary judge is being asked to throw out charges against four men accused in a string of grocery store robberies three years ago. It’s yet another case being challenged over court delays. Experts are calling it a crisis and as Nancy Hixt reports, many fear the floodgates have been opened.
