Thu, Oct 13: The Mayor of Canmore is pleasantly surprised by a federal government announcement to help fund a major flood mitigation project for the town. It will be spent on a debris dam that will help project the town downstream. As David Boushy reports, it’s money the town wasn’t expecting at this time.
