Thu, Oct 13: The controversial case of cross border alcohol sales was back in New Brunswick court. On Thursday Justice Margaret Larlee heard from lawyers representing the provincial government and Gerard Comeau, the man charged with illegally importing alcohol from Quebec in 2012.
