NDG man denied funding for service dog

A Notre-Dame-de-Grâce man is going to the Human Rights Commission after he was denied funding for his service dog. Quebec does not recognize his dog as a legitimate guide animal but as Anne Leclair reports, Shannon Moran claims he’s being discriminated against based on language.
