Sun, Oct 9: Matthew is now just a post-tropical cyclone as it continues to move up the US East Coast. One of the most potent hurricanes on record is blamed for hundreds of deaths in Haiti and at least 14 in the US. The storm dumped more than 300 millimetres of rain on North Carolina, flooding homes and businesses as far as 160 kilometres inland. Ross Lord reports.
