Thomson Reuters announced today that it will be expanding its operations into Canada bringing 400 new jobs to Toronto with its latest information hub. In attendance were all three levels of government and CEO Jim Smith whose focus is aimed towards making Canada more of a technology hub. Peter Kim has more.
