Thu, Oct 6: Many of us began unpacking our winter clothing yesterday. But what about those who don’t have anything to unpack? There is no official number but a recent census by the YMCA says dozens are still homeless on the streets of Regina. And with yesterday’s snowfall, local shelters haven’t had time to catch up. Krista Sharpe has the details on why the less fortunate are having trouble warming up.
