City to launch appeal in pit bull bylaw decision

Thu, Oct 6: Mayor Denis Coderre is not conceding defeat after a Montreal Superior Court judge ruled Wednesday to suspend a portion of the city’s controversial pit bull bylaw. Coderre announced the city plans to launch an appeal. Amanda Jelowicki reports.
