Wed, Oct 5: A Toronto home buyer who paid more than $800,000 says he did so because he believed the contents of an MLS listing. That listing said the air conditioning unit in the home was relatively new, but it turned out to be 35 years old. As Sean O’Shea reports, it’s a familiar problem for buyers in a hot housing market who can’t stipulate home inspections with their offers.
