Not all provinces on board with Trudeau’s new climate plan

Mon, Oct 3: Two provinces and one territory have walked away from climate plan talks after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau imposed a price on carbon pollution. As Mike Le Couteur reports, the provinces have until 2018 to meet a carbon price of ten-dollars per tonne.
