Digging Deeper – Convicts escaping custody

2016 has seen a dramatic rise in the number of people who have escaped custody in Saskatchewan. We spoke with Ministry of Justice Executive Director Drew Wilby to find out why these escapes have become commonplace and what the government is doing about them.
