Liberals will fall short on family doctor election promise: Health authority

Wed, Sep 28: The Nova Scotia Health Authority says the Liberal government will miss a key promise from the 2013 Election. Back then Stephen McNeil said if he formed government he would make sure every Nova Scotian had a family doctor within one year. Global’s Marieke Walsh explains where things stand three years later.
