Inclusive hiring giving Kelowna man a new outlook

While studies show that inclusive hiring of the developmentally disabled is positive for your company’s bottom line, more than half of those with disabilities in Canada are currently unemployed. One Kelowna agency is hoping to improve that statistic by showing firsthand what some people can do if they’re given an opportunity. Timm Bruch has the story.
