Twenty-five-year old Zachary Straughan, of Saskatoon, passed away in a Winnipeg hospital after being severely beaten over the weekend with a pool cue in Winkler, Man. His common-law partner, who is pregnant with his child, says it was over a $16 debt. A 29-year-old man, also from Saskatoon, is facing charges. Joel Senick reports.
