The wife of Keith Scott has released her own cellphone video from the day her husband was shot and killed by a Charlotte Police officer. The video shows the moments leading up to the fatal shooting, but not the actual shooting. The video we are about to show is disturbing and while you will hear the gunshots you will not see anyone shot.
