75 charges laid against Winnipeg teens following crime spree

A group of six teens and two adults have been hit with 75 charges following a crime spree involving chains, knives and scissors. Winnipeg police said between Sept. 15 and Sept. 20, the group broke into garages and cars at 13 homes along Pembina Highway between Bishop Grandin Boulevard and Killarney Avenue.
