At least 52 people were killed in airstrikes on the besieged neighborhoods of east Aleppo and Khan Touman town on September 21, Syria’s Local Coordination Committees said. Barrels bombs hit several areas in Aleppo city killing and injuring many civilians, according to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
