Prismatic Arts Festival

The 2016 Prismatic Arts Festival kicked off this week and their keynote speaker was Simon Brault, CEO and Executive Director of the Canada Council for the Arts. Brault stopped by Global News Morning to discuss the council’s commitment to Indigenous arts.
