U.S., Russia trade blame over Syria aid convoy attack

Wed, Sep 21: The blame game continues over who was responsible for destroying a convoy of UN aid trucks in Syria. The deadly attack sparked a tense war of words between the US and Russia. The two countries had worked together to negotiate a ceasefire in Syria. But as Jeff Semple reports, that truce now seems a distant memory.
