The family of three children and their grandfather killed in a high speed crash in Vaughan, Ont. are suing the drunk driver of the vehicle convicted in their deaths. One criminal lawyer says he wouldn’t be surprised if the family were to receive $10 to $15 million. Catherine McDonald reports.
