An inter-agency aid convoy operated by the United Nations and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) came under attack after it arrived at its destination in Urum al-Kubra, or Big Orem, in western Aleppo province, on Monday, September 19. The Syrian Civil Defense, also known as the White Helmets, responded to the scene.
