Fri, Sep 16: Ontario environment minister Glen Murray says a carbon price is “inevitable” in Nova Scotia, and around the world. So far Nova Scotia has rebuffed calls for a price on carbon but Murray says with so many countries getting on board, it’s only a matter of time before everyone is forced to accept one.
