Wed, Sep 14: In Whitby, Ont. you will find a little butcher shop with a difference. Brothers Todd and Craig Leslie own and operate’ Off the Cleaver’ – a business that has become a labour of love for the entire family. Even their 92-year-old grandmother helps them out. The Leslie family has been in the food industry since the ’70s and since that time, they have been living by this motto; “Nothing comes out of this shop that wouldn’t go on our plates at home.” They treat their customers like family and their customers feel like Off the Cleaver is like home! Susan Hay has more.
