Alberta Justice Robin Camp appeared Friday before a Canadian judicial inquiry where he repeatedly apologized for comments he made in 2014 when he asked a sexual assault complainant why she couldn’t keep her knees together. The hearing is raising questions about exactly how much training justices get once they’re named to the bench. Tom Vernon reports.
