Thu, Sep 8: It’s been a rough start to the school year when it comes to school bus operations in Toronto and surrounding municipalities with kids left waiting for and on delayed buses. Toronto’s school boards say they were surprised to learn there are far fewer drivers than they initially thought. Mark Carcasole reports.
