Every morning before dawn, thousands of pounds of fresh seafood are offloaded from boats at the Honolulu Fsh auction, largest auction of its kind in the U.S. But an AP investigation has found that undocumented foreign fishermen who catch those fish earn very little money and are confined to their American-owned boats for years at a time.
