Two Richmond Hill parents were horrified to learn their five-year-old daughter had been mistakenly dropped off alone at a bus stop near their home. Mukesh Gautam and Sonia Jain said school staff, the bus driver and the YMCA all failed by allowing their daughter Isha to walk home alone.
