On Friday, the New Orleans Police Department released dash camera video of a police shooting of a car theft suspect less than two weeks ago. Police were pursuing suspect Bernie Porche, who fired about 10 shots at them before being struck in the arm. Porche then fatally shot himself. Video released shows the incident before police strike Porche.
