Hermine downgraded to tropical storm, could still wreak havoc on East Coast

Tropical Storm Hermine is now churning along the eastern seaboard of the United States, bringing heavy rain and high winds. As Jackson Proskow reports, the storm could re-intensify early next week, delivering a major blow to coastal areas in New York and New Jersey.
