Rain and winds hit St. Petersburg, Florida, on Thursday, as Hurricane Hermine approached the Florida coast from the Gulf of Mexico. Forecasters warned of wind gusts of up to 80 mph and high seas for the next three days as Hermine inched close to the coastal waters of Florida.
