WATCH: Late-night thief quickly takes off with locked bicycle on front porch

Despite the security features at a Toronto home, it took just seconds for a man wearing cycling gear to cut through a metal cord and take off with the bike while a second man was seen looking back and forth at the edge of the driveway.
