Downtown residents concerned by Rogers Place community benefits – or lack thereof

Residents that live near Rogers Place gathered at city hall Tuesday to share their concerns about how the downtown arena has not met their expectations, now that some of the results of the development are emerging -such as rising rent due to gentrification. But is it too little too late? Fletcher Kent reports live from City Hall.
