Sat, Aug 27: Police in Bangladesh have killed three suspected militants and they say one of them was a Bangladeshi-born Canadian. Top counterterrorism official Monirul Islam says police raided a two-story house near Dhaka and killed the suspects early today. The dead include Tamim Chowdhury, who police believe was one of two masterminds of the July 1st attack on a popular restaurant in
Dhaka that left 20 people dead. Mike Le Couteur reports.
