Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders says three people killed in an incident involving a crossbow Thursday is concerning, but says some of the best investigators on the country are working on the case. Thirty-five-year-old Brett Ryan has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths and appeared in court Friday.
