Ontario minister claims improvements ongoing to help adults with development disabilities despite scathing Ombudsman’s report

The Minister of Community and Social Services was quick to point out improvements the government has already made in the wake of an Ombudsman’s report on services for adults with developmental delays in crisis. But she didn’t have all the answers to back up her claims. Christina Stevens reports.
