Heading back to class is an exciting time, but for lower income families — who may not be able to afford the items required for school — it can also be stressful. For the past 23 years United Way has been collecting supplies and backpacks for “Tools for Schools” to help those families. Jenn Dermott joins Global News Morning to talk about the growing expenses.
