Fri, Aug 19: An Ottawa man is recovering in hospital after he was struck by a vehicle while jogging. The 46-year old was found semi-conscious on the side of the road near Moncton. The man, along with bystanders and the RCMP are asking whoever did it to come forward. Global’s Adrienne South reports.
