Wed, Aug 17: A local dog rescue says they are unable to save any more stray dogs, simply because of space. CC RezQs Regina is currently on an intake freeze. The shelter says the stoppage is because there are not enough foster homes available. Christa Dao has more on the overcapacity crisis.
