Tens of thousands of people have been evacuated from their homes after a fast burning fire tore through the San Bernadino valley Tuesday. California’s governor has declared a state of emergency and officials say there is no relief in sight for the hot, windy conditions. NBC’s Christine O’Donnell reports.
