Thu, Aug 11: Police say a dog-walking tree thief is now facing charges after a late night heist. Two Japanese Maple trees were taken from outside a restaurant along 17th Avenue earlier this week. As Sarah Offin reports, tips from the public and a widely shared surveillance video led police to the arrest.
