Local food writer “Baconhound” wants Edmonton’s signature recipes

If you love food, you are no doubt familiar with Phil Wilson, aka “Baconhound.” He’s a well known Edmonton food writer who’s recently launched the “Community Table Project.” It’s a way to sample signature recipes from Edmontonians and document the entire experience on his blog.
