Saskatchewan family shares personal tragedy with McMorris before DUI

Nearly two years ago Allan Kerpan lost his daughter after she was killed by a drunk driver. Kerpan is now expressing his disappointment at the culture of drunk driving that seems to continue in Saskatchewan, the most recent incident involving former deputy premier Don McMorris.
