Ground crews battling a wildfire near Seven Mile Lake in Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, were pulled out of action for their safety on Monday, August 8, as extremely dry conditions aided the spread of the blaze. Helicopters and water bombers continued to douse the flames on August 9, loading up with water from the nearby McGowan Lake, as this video shows, and Kejimkujik Lake.
