A 64-year-old man has been sentenced for the hit-and-run death of a Surrey teen

16-year-old Kevin Dhillon was killed while riding his motorcycle in Surrey on June 25, 2014. Balwinder Saggu pleaded guilty to failing to remain at a scene and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. He will serve 15 months due to poor health.
