Thu, Aug 04: The Victoria General hospital has flooded for the second time in less than a year. It’s not believed to be as significant a mess as the last time, but it’s still a mess. Although the provincial government is promising to redevelop the hospital system, one group is raising a concern. Global’s Steve Silva has more.
