More out of province homeless people in Vancouver

Sun, Jul 31: The Union Gospel Mission, which supports the homeless on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside says the number of people who are relying on them has increased by 50 per cent. And more people are coming from other provinces. Kristen Robinson reports.
