Sat, Jul 30: More than 16,000 performers and hundreds of thousands of onlookers watched/filled the streets of Toronto and the Canadian National Exhibition grounds. As Sean O’Shea reports, the 49th Toronto Caribbean Carnival Grand Parade had people dancing and smiling.
