Walmart effect driving down food prices

Wed, Jul 27: You may not have noticed yet, but the consumer price index shows that the cost of buying food in Canada is actually down. As Sean O’Shea reports, meat is among the commodities most affected. And you can chalk up some of the savings to what’s known as the Walmart effect.
